WePush is a platform that connects brands and music creators with TikTok creators. It enables you to launch a campaign where selected TikTok creators produce short videos featuring your song or product. The WePush platform automatically handles the selection of suitable creators and the briefing, making creator marketing very easy for brands. In practice, this means: You upload information about the product (or sound), define goals and budget, and WePush organizes hundreds of TikTok videos through appropriate creators. Through constant quality improvements (e.g., removing low-impact creators and adding thousands of top creators), WePush campaigns achieve great reach and impact on TikTok.
To start a campaign, you first need to create a manager account at WePush (e.g., as a label or brand). Go to the WePush website and register as an advertiser/manager. After confirming your email, your account will be reviewed and activated by the WePush team (this usually takes no more than one to two business days). Once your account is activated, you can add products (or songs), invite team members, and create your first campaigns. Campaign creation is done through a dashboard or the app by entering all important data (product, song/TikTok link, campaign goal, desired start date, budget, etc.). After submitting the campaign request, the WePush team will contact you as soon as possible to support the campaign launch. In many cases, campaigns can go live within a few days, especially if all information is provided and payment has been made. You can also specify a desired go-live date for when the campaign should start.
Typically, a campaign can be started very quickly once your account is activated and the campaign details are finalized. Account verification usually takes up to 2 business days. After that, the timeline depends on you: You set a start date or coordinate it with us. Many campaigns can go live within a few days of booking, especially if the budget is paid and the briefing is clear. WePush even asks for your ideal go-live date to align with it. If there are delays during review or preparation, the WePush team is ready to help - for example, if activation takes longer than expected. Overall, you can expect your campaign to go live within 2-5 business days under normal circumstances, provided all requirements are met.
Yes, WePush requires a minimum budget to start a campaign. The minimum amount is typically in the low three-digit euro range. Currently, at least approximately 300-500 EUR budget is needed to initiate a campaign. (Depending on the campaign type, the minimum budget may vary - see packages below. For example, a campaign focused purely on micro-creators requires at least ~500 EUR budget, while a campaign with larger creators must start somewhat higher). This minimum budget ensures that enough creators can be activated and the campaign has an impact. Amounts below this threshold are not available.
WePush offers various campaign packages or orientations based on creator size and objectives. There are essentially three categories:
Nano/Micro-Creator Campaign: Focus on as many videos as possible through many smaller creators. This package aims to maximize the number of videos and has a minimum budget of around 500 EUR. It's ideal if you're looking for broad reach through many micro-influencers.
Macro-Creator Campaign: Focus on larger TikTok creators with more followers. Here you get fewer but higher-reach videos. The minimum budget is around 1,000 EUR for macro-focused campaigns. This package is suitable if you want to work specifically with some larger influencers.
Mix (Combination of Micro and Macro): WePush recommends a mix of both approaches. A mix package uses both many small and several larger creators for a balanced effect. A budget of around 1,500 EUR or more is recommended here. With a higher budget, additional features can be activated - for example, from ~5,000 EUR budget, your campaign will also be promoted through a push notification and your song will be prominently listed in the WePush app.
The cost of a campaign ultimately depends on your chosen budget - you have the flexibility to set the budget according to your goals. WePush scales the number of creators and videos accordingly. For reference: ~3,000 EUR budget enables around 200+ creator videos on TikTok. Smaller budgets deliver fewer videos, larger budgets bring more content and possibly additional services. WePush is happy to advise you on choosing the right package for your goals.
The number of creators and videos depends largely on your budget and the chosen package. WePush scales the campaign accordingly: The higher the budget, the more creators can be activated and the more videos are created. For example, a budget of around 3,000 EUR can produce approximately 200-220 TikTok creations. A smaller test budget (e.g., 500 EUR) would result in fewer videos, while very large budgets (several thousand euros) can generate hundreds of videos.
Important to know: You don't book a fixed number of videos in advance, but WePush ensures as many high-quality videos as possible within your budget. A customer who initially wanted to try WePush was unsure "how many videos, which creator, etc." would come out in the end. The answer: Even with the minimum budget, enough creators are involved to achieve a noticeable effect. With each budget increase (from 500 EUR to 1,000 EUR or more, for example), the approximate number of videos increases significantly. WePush can give you an estimate in advance of how many creations to expect. In general: more budget = more creator videos (with diminishing marginal returns at very large volumes). The exact number varies per campaign, but WePush always optimizes to get the maximum out of your budget.
Payment for your WePush campaign is flexible. If you book the campaign through the WePush online tool, you can conveniently pay by credit card. Many customers (especially companies) prefer to work with a classic invoice or PO (Purchase Order). WePush supports this: You can enter a billing address and a purchase order/PO number during the booking process. In this case, you will receive an official invoice for the campaign amount, which you can pay by bank transfer as usual. WePush explicitly asks for the billing address and PO in the order form to make processing easier for corporate customers.
Additionally, WePush offers a Team Wallet option: This is a type of credit account that you can top up in advance. This option is helpful when, for example, credit card payments or individual POs are cumbersome. The Team Wallet allows you to start campaigns without direct credit card or PO entry - you simply use your previously deposited balance.
In short: Payment methods include credit card, invoice via PO, and the rechargeable Team Wallet. In all cases, WePush ensures that you receive an invoice/receipt for the campaign (either immediately with credit card payment or traditionally by invoice when using PO). Companies can thus manage their accounting internally, and all payments are clearly documented.
